The Supreme Court adjourned hearing on the matter by one week. The court also sought to know if BCCI chief had committed perjury.
While asking the BCCI to file a list of nominees for the post of administrator, the bench said it would pass orders on the perjury allegations against BCCI chief Anurag Thakur.
During the course of arguments the amicus curae Gopal Subramaniam stated that the state associations were refusing to implement the suggestions made by the Justice RM Lodha panel.
He further suggested that a panel of observers be appointed to oversee the implementation of the reforms.
Subramaniam also suggested the name of former union home secretary GK Pillai as an observer to oversee the implementation of the reforms.
