Sydney, Nov 25: Cricketers on Tuesday took to Twitter to express their support, best wishes and prayers for Australia Test opener Phil Hughes who was hospitalised after being hit by a bouncer in a first-class match.
Hughes critical after being hit in the head
The 25-year-old left-hander was struck on the head by a Sean Abbott bouncer at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) today while batting for South Australia against New South Wales and was taken to hospital. He had a surgery and was in an induced coma at Sydney's St Vincent's Hospital, according to latest reports. (Team India's message)
