But even on the day of his personal achievement, Dinda looked busy in trying to inspire his teammate Amit Kuila who also had an excellent five-wicket haul in the same match in his maiden Ranji Trophy appearance. Kuila's home is also in the Midnapur district in West Bengal, around 16 kilometres far from Dinda's home.

Dinda speaking from Bilaspur over phone commented, “It is always good to achieve something. I am also feeling delighted to have crossed Ranadeb Basu. But at the same time, reaching a feat always inspires the performer to go ahead. And I am exactly feeling in that way that I will have to take more wickets in the domestic so that I can call in the national team again."

Dinda revealed his aim is now to capture at least forty wickets this season. This was 18th time he scalped five wickets in an innings. He also looked little bit of nostalgic when recalling early days' struggle to establish his career.

Dinda said, “To become a fast bowler I had to work so hard that looks unbelievable today when sometimes I sit to remember." He added, “This time, I am feeling more fit than previous seasons."

Dinda informed, he is also trying to transpire the same spirit of struggle in Kuila's mind. The 32-year old fast bowler said, “Kuila is also highly gifted. But he needs the zeal and killers' instinct. I am trying to motivate him in that way. He has to struggle a lot to achieve something."
