Bengaluru, Nov 25: Ever since the news of WWE Royal Rumble returning to Alamodome was confirmed, fans started to speculate some big names to return. CM Punk is one of those. For quite sometimes, Punk's name has been part of the rumour mill who is supposedly going to be a part of the 30th anniversary of Royal Rumble set to take place in San Antonio, Texas.

Such an over-excited fan took his twitter handle to ask Punk if these rumours are legit or not. Punk replied to the fan with his witty best by giving it a thumbs up. But, he actually pointed out the fact that all of these speculations are false and has nothing to do with him. The reply came in a complete Punk way, although, who's always been sarcastic and known for dropping infamous 'pipe-bombs.'

CM Punk is one of the most popular WWE Superstars in this generation who's made quite a name with his outspoken mentality. Even after he's gone for almost three year ago, fans chants his names whenever things or segments get boring in the WWE television shows. It was due to miscommunication between him and the WWE, that he called it a quit.

He was also frustrated with his hectic schedule and a medical lawsuit that he faced by WWE. It is still ongoing. During mid-2016 some rumours suggested that WWE may be contacting him again for a comeback. It was further fuelled by the devastating loss he suffered in his debut match at UFC.

But, this reply and mockery confirm that the tensions between him and WWE are still the same as it once was. While many of his fans do think that MMA fights are not best for him, he is sticking to get back into the octagon with full force rather than making effort for a WWE comeback.
