Tevez who had earlier played for West Ham United and the two Manchester giants is currently plying his trade in Argentina with Boca juniors which is his childhood club.
He joined Boca Juniors last season after spending 2 seasons with Serie A giants Juventus.
He has won several titles in his career which inlcudes, UEFA Champions League with Manchester United, 3 Premier League titles with both Manchester City and United and back to back Serie A with Juventrus.
But, the 32-year-old forward has also confirmed that he has no plans of leaving Boca and he wants to retire from his childhood club.
Other than Chelsea, Seria A Napoli too are keen on roping in the forward. Napoli recently sold their main forward and Tevez's compatriot Gonzalo Higuain to Juventus.
Speaking to Corriere dello Sport, Tevez said: "I feel really good at Boca. Better, my idea, my dream is to end my career in this sensational club.
"It's true, Napoli and Chelsea are following me but, I repeat, my will is to remain at Boca until I retire."
Earlier this summer, West Ham United were in contact with player but Tevez asked for a whopping £250,000-a-week deal, which was rejected by the English side.
Chelsea are in search of quality striker to bolster their squad. Their new manager Antonio Conte have already off-loaded 2 strikers, Radamel Falcao and Alexandre Pato from the squad.
The Blues have alread bought Belgian international Michy Batshuayi last month and they are looking for one more forward to add in his squad.
