Ankara Explosion : Twin blasts rocks Turkish capital, 128 killed

Explosion has rocked Turkish capital Ankara, according to the media reports. This explosion occurred in the road junction in a rally and If reports are to be believed many people have been killed in this incident. However it will take some time to come out with a death toll. The cause of the blasts was not immediately clear.
