Rita Bahuguna joins BJP, slams Congress for questioning PM Modi on surgical strike

In big jolt to Congress party in Uttar Pradesh, Rita Bahuguna Joshi joined BJP. Joshi who was the chief of Congress in UP, slammed the party after joining BJP for its stand on the surgical strike.
