Rahul Gandhi's citizenship : SC dismisses PIL for probe

The Supreme Court on Monday rejected a PIL seeking a CBI probe into the citizenship row of Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi. The PIL had demanded that CBI register a case against Rahul Gandhi for allegedly declaring himself as a British national before company law authorities there.
