National Herald case : Bhupinder Singh Hooda booked by ED under PMLA

The ED has booked former Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda on the charges of alleged money laundering in regard to National Herald Case. Officials said the central probe agency registered a criminal case under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) after taking cognisance of a Haryana State Vigilance Bureau FIR of May this year. They said summons will soon be issued to the accused named in the ED FIR.
