Jharkhand Minister did it again, calls Bihar a neighbouring country

The education minister of Jharkhand Neera Yadav who paid homage to late Dr Abdul Kalam when he was alive is in news again and this time also for all the wrong reasons. She called Bihar a neighobouring country. She was asked by reporters that whether any leader from Jharkhand would go and campaign in the Bihar during the upcoming elections.
