A high alert had been issued by the Intelligence Bureau and Bihar Police in the wake of the Gujarat chief minister's visit here on Friday night. Security has been beefed up as the authorities were leaving no stone unturned, particularly after the blasts that rocked Modi's pre-poll campaign last Sunday.
Modi had lashed out at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar during the rally and the latter retaliated two days later at a JD(U) convention at Rajgir in Bihar.
