According to a report, one of the arrested accused, identified as Imtiyaz, in the serial blasts case, has confessed to have planned ' human bombs' to attack Modi at the Hunkaar rally on Sunday.

During interrogation, Imtiyaz revealed that the conspiracy to assassinate Modi was hatched by the Indian Mujahideen (IM) in Ranchi, Jharkhand's capital.
Imtiyaz said that he along with another terrorist wanted to explode themselves as "suicide bombers" in front of the Modi's dais, but their plan got "messed up".
He said that when they were preparing the bomb in a public toilet, it suddenly exploded, in which one of his aide got injured and later succumbed to the injuries at a hospital.
The key accused Imtiyaz was arrested as he was seen fleeing from the venue of the rally.
Total six persons were killed in the seven serial blasts that exploded in and around the venue of the Hunkaar rally at Gandhi Maidan, that rocked Patna.

The IM mastermind, Yasin Bhatkal who was arrested in August this year had last month revealed to the Bihar interrogators that Modi is the top target of Indian Mujahideen (IM).
Bhatkal had admitted to the NIA and intelligence officers, "The funds flow from our international sympathisers will increase many times if we manage to reach him. Narendra Modi is one to 10 in the list of targets. The rest of the targets figure much below him."
Now, Narendra Modi will visit Bihar on Saturday to meet the injured and families of those who were killed in serial blasts.
