Patna: Another live bomb found
Patna, Oct 29: Reports suggest that second live bomb found in Patna.

Just two days after series of bomb blasts went off in Gandhi Maidan, Patna where BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi was to address a rally, reports suggest that a live bomb was been found near the Gandhi Maidan police station.

Initial reports suggested that the bomb recovered is similar to the devices that went off on Sunday.

The bomb disposal squad later on disposed it off. National Security Guard (NSG) Commandos have also arrived at the spot and confirmed the presence of a live bomb that was recovered.

On the other hand, Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde who was supposed to travel to Patna to assess the situation after the Sunday blasts, cancelled his trip saying that Nitish Kumar had another meeting. "Nitish Kumar will come to Delhi on Wednesday and I will meet him then," he said.

Shinde also clarified that the Bihar government had indeed received intelligence inputs prior to Modi's rally. This comes to light after the Bihar government denied that they had received any specific inputs. Instead Bihar government claimed that whatever inputs they received were too generic.
