Even lawyer Ram Jethmalani said that he would not appear in court to support Tarun Tejpal. Jethmalani told Times Now ' I will not represent Tejpal on sexual assault.'
Police will be visiting Tehelka's head office in South Delhi
The Goa police arrived in New Delhi on Saturday and will be questioning Tejpal in the sexual assault case and will be collecting evidence for the same.
The police visited the Tehelka head office in south Delhi's Greater Kailash-2 to obtain intra-office correspondence between Tejpal, managing editor of Tehelka Shoma Chaudhury, and the victim, a junior employee of the magazine, police sources said. POlice officials also demanded laptops, copy of hard disks and ipads from the office.
Earlier on Saturday the victim had shown her willingness to cooperate with the Goa police in the investigations and this was welcomed by the police officials.
