Sonia Gandhi to address rally in poll-bound Delhi today
Sonia will hold rally in East Delhi's Shastri Park and is likely to focus on highlighting all the development work that has taken place under Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit's 15-year rule.
According to sources, the Congress is expecting a gathering of at least 25, 000 people at Shastri Park today.

In an attempt to retain power in Delhi for the fourth time, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi has already addressed two rallies in Delhi in last one month. Although, crowd did not turn up in huge numbers as expected by the Congress leaders.
The PM Dr Manmohan Singh will also address a rally in West Delhi's Tilak Nagar area on November 27.
This year's assembly polls in Delhi are going to be very thrilling as for the first time, there is a fierce competition to be in power for three parties- Congress, BJP and newly-formed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
Delhi, which is currently governed by a Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit led- Congress Government, votes for a new assembly on December 4. The counting of votes will take place on December 8.
