Salman Khan got bail because he's a Muslim, says Sadhvi Prachi
New Delhi, May 9: While Bollywood actor Salman Khan heaved a sigh of relief on Friday after the Bombay High Court granted him an extended bail and suspended his sentence till the next hearing, BJP MP Sadhvi Prachi said that 'Salman got bail because he is a Muslim.'
Sadhvi Prachi, who is known for her controversial statements said that 'had Salman not been a Muslim, justice would have been granted to poor victims.'
Salman Khan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on Friday after a sessions court had granted him five years in prison in the 2002 hit-and-run case.
Meanwhile, BJP had told Sadhvi Prachi to refrain from making any controversial statements earlier after she had said that Hindu women must give birth to four children [Now BJP leader Sadhvi Prachi courts controversy, backs Sakshi Maharaj's four kids remark]
