Opposition leader Harshvardhan today said that the issues raised by Vinod Kumar Binny were important and sensitive issues. "I had put these issues before Arvind Kejriwal in Vidhan Sabha," he said.
2.25 pm: Sarabhai says Binny purposely left out
AAP MLA Malika Sarabhai said that Vinod Kumar Binny purposely was left out from the AAP. "Neither he was made a minister nor does he have the ticket to contest LS election. There is a lack of transparency and I think it is purposely done," she said.
12.58 pm: Will protest under AAP banner says Binny
AAP MLA Vinod Kumar Binny today said that 'AAP did not have any answers to his questions.' "Yogendra Yadav Ji is a master of words and he did not give answers to my questions," he said.
Speaking about the issues that he raised today, Binny said that 'if raising issues is indiscipline, then I will do it hundred times.' "If my issues will not get addressed then I will protest against AAP. I will protest under Aam Aadmi Party banner wearing the party cap," he said.

Residents of Kaushambi came out in protest against the AAP for organising Press Conference in front of AAP office. Residents showed displeasure saying that the press conference caused them problems.

Speaking about the dissent in the party, Yogendra Yadav said that 'AAP has 1.5 million members. "It is wrong to think that all will think the same on issues," Yadav said. Speaking on corruption against former Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit, Yadav said that 'process is being followed. If we do it hastily, you will call us vindictive.'

AAP leader Sanjay Singh defended the AAP government and said that 'no one government in India has taken so many steps within 15 days.'
"We cant fulfill promises within a month," Singh said. Yadav said that the AAP was in politics to 'end dynasty politics.
12.06 pm: Yogendra Yadav clarifies Binny's stand on AAP
AAP leader Yogendra Yadav clarifies AAP's stand on Vinod Kumar Binny's allegations saying that 'AAP is surprised at Binny's stand.' "There is anger and sadness in the party over Binny's charges," Yadav said.
Yadav went on to say that Binny had never raised his concerns during the party meetings. "Instead of telling the party his complaints, he directly went to the media which is sad," he said.
"Binny seemed to be reading from a script. He had the same allegations as Harshvardhan," Yadav said.
Since the party rejected his LS ticket, he is venting out his anger, said Yadav. "We will issue a show cause notice and take disciplinary action against Binny," said Yadav.

Binny said that the AAP believed in use and throw policy. "From Anna to Kiran Bedi, all have been used by AAP. Now people are being used by the party."

He said that Arvind Kejriwal was a dictator. "Anyone who tries to raise his or her voice at the AAP meeting is silenced," Binny said. He said that Kejriwal and a handful of his aides are taking everyone for a ride.

AAP MLA Vinod Kumar Binny said that the AAP had failed to live up to its promises. "AAP manifesto has duped the people," he said. Binny said that the AAP had promised people to waive off electricity bills and provide free water to the people of Delhi.
"AAP has very slyly included conditions in the case of providing free water to th people of Delhi," he said.
