Poll survey reveals BJP to get 40 seats in UP, 21 in Bihar
If reports and opinion polls are to be believed then its a clear indication that the BJP is gaining a strong foothold in these two states.
The poll conducted between Feb 4 -15 reveals that the Nitish Kumar led- JDU is slowly losing its sheen in Bihar particularly after the party parted ways with BJP.
In Uttar Pradesh the BJP is exepcted to get 40 seats, whereas Congress, on the other hand, which is witnessing a slump according to many opinion polls wil bag only 11 seats in UP. The ruling Samajwadi Party too has taken a back seat after the Muzaffarnagar riots and the Safai Mahotsav that drew a lot of flak.
The poll reveals that Samajwadi party will get 14 seats whereas Mayawati led Bahujan Samaj Party will bag only 13 seats.
The ABP-Nielson survey reveals that the AAP has lost its ground since January and will get only one seat in UP and none in Bihar.The BJP has gained momentum compared to last month.
In the month of January the poll survey revealed that the party would win only 35 seats in UP.
