Hafiz Saeed, Pervez Musharraf blame India for Peshawar attack

New Delhi, Dec 18: Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) commander and 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed and former Pakistan president Pervez Musharraf on Wednesday blamed India for the dastardly act in an army school in Peshawar that left 132 children lifeless and shocked the world. [Even Hafiz Saeed condemns Peshawar terror attack]

Saeed said in Lahore that India was behind the massacre of the children and threatened to retaliate to wreak havoc on the Indian soil by sending terrorists from across the border. He said if India could send military help to Afghanistan to help the USA, then the Mujahideen also had every right to go to Kashmir to help their brethren. He said it was their duty to respond to the Kashmiris' call for help.

The JuD leader also said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was shedding crocodile tears over the slaughtering of the children in Peshawar.

Saeed's Twitter handle was banned recently by the micro-blogging site after he made hate speeches against India and spoke of launching Jihad.

Musharraf also said that the perpetrators of the gory act were trained in India. In an exclusive interview to CNN-IBN, the former armyman-turned-politician alleged that Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan commander Maulana Fazlullah was trained by the former Hamid Karzai government and the Research and Analysis Wing, the intelligence agency of India, in Afghanistan to carry out the attacks in Pakistan.
