Kejriwal to be AAP's CM candidate
New Delhi, Oct 7: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is all set to challenge the Congress and the BJP in the upcoming Assembly elections as the party has named its National Convener Arvind Kejriwal as the chief ministerial candidate.

AAP memeber Yogendra Yadav said on Saturday that Kejriwal will be the face and the CM candidate for the party. "After a long time, Delhi has a candidate it can trust on. We have always projected Arvind Kejriwal as our CM candidate face." Yadav said.

Kejriwal, on the other hand, said that he was in touch with activist Anna Hazare and wished that he was a part of the AAP. "I am in touch with Anna Hazare. He has made it clear that he does not want to campaign for the AAP and I respect his decision," he said.

Boasting with confidence, Kejriwal said that his party will get the Jan Lokpal Bill passed in the state Assembly on December 29, this year. "Two years back on this day, they mocked at Anna's Lokpal Bill in the Parliment. Now we will ensure that it is passed," he said.
