Lalit Modi claims to have met Varun Gandhi in London
New Delhi, July 1: Looks like there is no end to allegations from former IPL boss Lalit Modi. Modi on Wednesday took to Twitter and said that BJP MP Varun Gandhi had met him in London a few years ago.
Modi claims that Gandhi had said that 'he would settle everything with the help of his aunt.' He even dared Gandhi to confirm these statements.

Meanwhile, Varun Gandhi agreed that he did meet Modi in London but denied any other charges made by Modi to help him.
"These are baseless allegations. Lalit is trying to divert attention and drag names unnecessarily," Varun Gandhi was quoted by the ANI.
Modi had earlier said that he had met Priyanka Gandhi and her husband Robert Vadra in London. Congress had then said that the meeting was only by chance as Priyanka and Robert came across Modi in a restaurant.
