Kejriwal will defeat Modi by 1 lakh votes: AAP
On Thursday, AAP leader Sanjay Singh said that Kejriwal will defeat Narendra Modi in Varanasi by at least one lakh votes.
Though there has been no official announcement on Arvind Kejriwal's candidature, specualtions are rife that he may contest against Modi from Varanasi. Even Kejriwal has shown keen interest in contesting from Varanasi against Modi.
Singh also urged that the Congress must field Sonia Gandhi or Rahul Gandhi against Modi in Varanasi as he felt that Digvijay Singh is not a strong contender against Modi.
Few reports on Wednesday suggested that Congress may field Digvijay Singh against Narendra Modi in Varanasi though there has been no official confirmation regarding this issue.
Kejriwal is likely to present a referendum to the people of Varanasi on Mar 25 during his rally on whether he should contest against Modi or not.
