Delhi: Mystery of jackfruit continues
New Delhi, June 21: Just when we thought that we were over Azam Khan's missing buffaloes episode, comes another bizarre case where Delhi Police are on the lookout for 'kathal chors' (jackfruit thief).

This comes to light after thieves robbed jackfruit from the garden of JD(U) MP Mahendra Prasad on Friday in Safdarjung lane. Reports suggest that a manhunt has been launched to nab the jackfruit thieves who robbed two jackfruits from Prasad's garden.

The police has registered a complaint in the case and have been investigating the robbery. Police officials have been questioning the MP's domestic help and garderners but the fate of the lost fruit remains unknown.

One officer even concluded that the thieves must have 'cooked and eaten the fruits' assuming that they must be hungry. "The two jackfruit weighed ten kg each," he told.

A team of fingerprints expert were at the scene and were busy solving the mystery of the missing jackfruits.
