Pakistani minister unites BJP and Congress
New Delhi, April 30: The Congress and BJP on Wednesday slammed Pakistan over its Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan's recent criticism of Narendra Modi regarding his views on bringing back underworld don Dawood Ibrahim to India. Khan had said on Tuesday that Modi should first decide where Dawood is and then he should dream of attacking Pakistan and that the BJP's prime ministerial candidate had not learnt from his "shameful" actions as the chief minister of Gujarat.

Khan also said that such statement from a person expected to become India's prime minister and leader of a major political party was condemnable for fuelling enmity towards Pakistan. He also said that Modi crossed all limits in his enmity towards Pakistan and Muslims and his election as the prime minister of India would destabilise the region. He added that the leadership pf Pakistan, its people and its army have the right and power to pay back.

Dawood Ibrahim is sought for several blasts in India, along with many accomplices.

The BJP lashed out at Pakistan, questioning its rights to interfere in India's domestic affairs. Senior Congress leader Shakeel Ahmed said Pakistan need not advice India.
