According to the autopsy report, the deceased 35-year-old Rakhi Bhadra, a native of West Bengal, had injury marks all over her body, from head to toe.
Subsequently, she succumbed to the injuries inflicted on her by beating, due to "excessive bleeding".
The postmortem was conducted on Friday at Sucheta Kriplani Hospital and took nearly four-and-a-half hours.
On Wednesday, the accused husband-wife duo was arrested on charges of torturing their domestic help Rakhi to death.
Rakhi had injury marks all over her body, from head to toe.
The prime accused Jagriti reportedly confessed to have beaten up Rakhi who was found dead in their apartment in Chankya Puri in Delhi.
Rakhi had allegedly been burnt with hot iron rods and kicked repeatedly. She had burn marks all over her body and injuries on the chest, stomach, arms and legs.
As per reports, she was allegedly tortured for past 10 months and forced to live in inhuman conditions.
Earlier, Jagriti lied saying that she died after falling from the roof.
On Thursday, Jagriti and Dhanajay were remanded in five days police custody by a Delhi court which observed the alleged offences were "very serious".
According to a police source close to the probe, investigators have so far found sticks, rod, artificial horn of a deer and other things which were used to torture the domestic helps in the house but the iron is yet to be found.
Police are yet to access the footages stored in a video recorder recovered from the house which they suspect may contain videos of Jagriti beating up or torturing the domestic helps in her house.
