New Delhi, Jan 22: While security agencies are leaving no stone unturned for US President Barack Obama's security arrangements while he will be visiting India, everything including his food will be under scrutiny.
Reports suggest that Obama's food and drinking water will have to go through a three-layer stringent security check before being served to him and the First Lady.
Obama will be staying at the ITC Maurya hotel during his visit. While the hotel itself has a team of food-testing experts, the food will have to go through the Delhi Police team and finally a team of US Secret Servie.
The entire process of food testing will take about 15 minutes before being served to Obama, following which it will be under strict vigil to make sure that no one is able to tamper with it.
Security has been increased ahead of Obama's visit following
several terror threats.
