Delhi Election Results: BJP, AAP fail to get majority; Cong booted out
While BJP got 29, Congress and AAP got 14 and 26 seats respectively. Any party should have got minimum 36 seats to get a majority in Delhi.
BJP state unit chief Vijay Goel earlier was quoted as saying, "Yes, there is no doubt about the presence of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and they have made this contest triangular. But whose chances have been dented by them, only time will tell."
While BJP got 29, Congress and AAP got 14 and 26 seats respectively.
Now, it seems that time has finally come to tell that AAP is the new future of Delhi and of the country as well. However, there is no clarification how the government will be formed as neither BJP not AAP got majority.
Earlier AAP's CM candidate Arvind Kejriwal made it clear that his party would not support Congress or BJP if situation demands. Kejriwal called both parties "corrupt".
