Kejriwal went on to add, "Modiji says that Sonia Gandhiji isn't allowing the Parliament to function because she can't digest defeat. Want to ask Modiji is he not allowing Delhi government to function because he is unable to digest defeat in Delhi."

BJP government is scared of AAP. Only Delhi's Parliamentary Secretaries are being targeted by Modi, he said. Kejriwal then took to Twitter and to voice his displeasure:

"Our notification says that they are not entitled to any remuneration, perks, facilities or services from the government," Kejriwal told reporters. "If they are working for free, what is troubling Modiji? If all people are disqualified and made to sit at home, what will they (Centre) derive from this," Kejriwal questioned.

"The President does not take any decision. Probably the file doesn't even go to him. The decision is taken by the government and Home Ministry decided this," Kejriwal said.

Meanwhile, now with the bill being withheld, the fate of 21 AAP MLAs is unknown. However, this would not affect the government as the party has 67 MLAs in the 70 member assembly.
