Arvind Kejriwal files his nomination, hits out at Dikshit's govt
Kejriwal hitting out at the Delhi government said: "This is the end of 15 years of Sheila Dikshit's government and its misgovernance." He went on to add that the upcoming assembly elections were not about him but about the people of Delhi.
Nov 16 was the last day to file nominations for candidates contesting the Delhi assembly elections. With this the AAP also announced the candidates for the 70 seats in the elections.
Kejriwal will be competing against Congress' Sheila Dikshit and BJP's former Delhi chief Vijender Gupta.
Many feel that the competition between the three candidates is going to be a fierce battle as New Delhi constituency has always been considered Dikshit's domain.
Sheila Dikshit and BJP's prime ministerial candidate Harshvardhan filed their nomination papers earlier this week.
