Anna Hazare regrets Kejriwal's resignation, fate of Jan Lokpal Bill
Hazare said it is unfortunate that the Jan Lokpal Bill could not be passed and that the chief minister had resigned.

Friday saw drama unfolding in the Delhi assembly the entire day on Friday over the Jan Lokpal Bill which hit the wall on constitutional grounds. Delhi Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung advised the Delhi Assembly Speaker MS Dhir against tabling the bill in the assembly. The Congress and BJP also raised objection against the bill and it was defeated by 42-27 votes before being introduced.

Kejriwal later announced his resignation saying his government would not continue since its Jan Lokpal Bill didn't get passed. AAP supporters backed Kejriwal, saying he was forced to take the decision by 'corrupt' parties like the Congress and BJP.
