Some cases pending against him may even entail him to a punishment of two years or more.

His assets, meanwhile have drawn a lot of attention with him declaring two flats in his name, one in Ghaziabad and other in Haryana. In the affidavit he declared cash of Rs 10,000 in hand while his wife had Rs 5,000 in hand.

While the party claims to be have maintained transparency in all its process- from funding to declaration of assets- it will have to wait for December 8 to see if it has actually managed to captivate the Delhites' attention for a change in the political system.
