Trial in the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case began 15 months ago at Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh after the court rejected the closure report filed by the CBI.
14-year-old Aarushi was found dead at their residence in Noida in 2008. A day after, their domestic help Hemraj's body was also found from terrace of Talwars' house.
The investigating agency initially had arrested Rajesh Talwar and later they accused Nupur Talwar while filing the closure report on the double murder case. Aarushi murder case is considered as one of the most controversial high profile case in past few years.
