AAP leader Somnath Bharti in soup, alleged to have tampered evidence
According to reports, a CBI judge had admonished Bharti in a corruption case related to his client Pavan Kumar, where they were accused of influencing a prosecution witness.
However Bharti has denied the rumours and said that the report is malicious. "I will expose the CBI and its nexus," he said.
Meanwhile Congress and the BJP have demanded the Law Minister to hand over his resignation.

Congress' Shakeel Ahmad said: "Mr Kejriwalji must deliver on his promise that he made to the people of zero tolerance towards corruption."
BJP's Harshvardhan also said that the allegation against Bharti was very serious. "He misbehaved with his law secretary once. Now there is fresh allegation that he tried to tamper evidence in a case" Harvardhan said.
He was recently in news for interrupting a movie screening to address a gathering.
