Addressing an election rally here in favour of party candidate Rakesh Dhar Tripathi, Mayawati said that Mulayam Singh Yadav was dreaming of becoming the Prime Minister day and night, which should not be allowed to get realised...when Mulayam could not handle Uttar Pradesh, how he was going to handle the country.
She said that while BJP has announced Narendra Modi as its PM candidate, Congress was in the electoral fray without naming Rahul Gandhi. Mayawati alleged that she had asked several times from Modi, who talks about development and claims that he belongs to a backward caste, that to which caste he belongs.
"And why he did nothing when his party's government was at the Centre, but did not get any reply".
She alleged that if Modi becomes the PM then Godhra like situation would prevail all over the country and BJP could abolish reservation being given to backwards and Dalits in name of the Constitution review.
"BSP considers Congress to be responsible for the present state of affairs in the country," she said, adding she formed the government in the state four times and worked for sarvsamaj.
She asked the voters to ensure that a Dalit's daughter becomes the PM and ensure BSP's victory on maximum seats.
Mayawati said that she had send a proposal to divide the state into four parts to the centre, which has not been approved yet and added that all such works would be completed.
The BSP supremo said that the people should not get misled by opinion poll and atmosphere being created by Congress, BJP and SP. She alleged that a party has managed an astrologer to create air in its favour by paying hefty amount.
