According to reports, the 'shocked' Nagma pushed away Sharma, after he tried to feel her during the public meeting.
Nagma, who is contesting in Lok Sabha Elections from Meerut constituency, had gone Hapur to inaugurate a party office and to pay obeisance at the local gurudwara.
But, Nagma had no idea that her own party member would dare to misbehave with her.
A report said that "highly annoyed" Nagma removed Sharma' hand from her body and left the venue without addressing the gathering.
Meanwhile, local municipality chairman Malti Bharti described Gajraj Sharma's act as insulting and said "women must be respected, and he must apologize".
"Nagma could be his daughter's age and whatever he did, he should have done with affection", she was quoted as saying by a news channel.
On Friday, Nagma, could not file her nomination papers and alleged that the man carrying the documents was not allowed by the police to enter the Collector's office.
The actor alleged that police stopped district Congress president Saleem Bharti, who was carrying her nomination papers and affidavits, at the gate and did not allow him to enter the Collector's office.
According to the rule, only five persons can accompany the candidate inside the Collector's office during the filing of nomination papers.
Earlier, Nagma had said, " I've been working for Congress for the past 10 years. I am putting in as much hard work in politics as I put into my film career."
She also said that she is not going to woo voters with her "celebrity status" but attempt to win the elections by the dint of hard work.
