France witnessed another deadly terror attack as a truck ploughed into crowd celebrating Bastille Day in Nice, killing 84 people and injuring over hundreds.

9.35 am: People in Nice used social media to try and find people who went missing after the terror attack. One story that has come to the fore is of a woman who posted on Facebook about her eight-month-old baby gone missing. Later she updated her Facebook post saying the baby had been found.

8.15 am: A law will be submitted to parliament next week to extend the emergency imposed in France by three more months. the emergency was to end on 26th of July.
8.10 am: French President: Extremists hate human rights, which is why they attacked France when it was celebrating its core values.
8.07 am: French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve has said 80 people are now known to have died and 18 people are in a critical condition.
