In a photo taken on Wednesday, lion Zevs plays with one of his two cubs at the Zoo in Novosibirsk, Russia. The cubs were born on October 30 but they were allowed  to be photographed only on Wednesday. 

In Dhaka, unidentified attacker threw a petrol bomb inside a running bus on Thursday. More than a dozen people suffered burn injuries in the attack, according to a news report. In the past month, about 40 people have been killed and hundreds wounded as rival political factions clashed in the streets. At least eight of the dead and 80 of the wounded suffered burns, according to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. 

In Sao Paulo, two workers were killed when a crane crashed into a 500-ton metal structure that toppled over part of the stadium on Wednesday, aggravating already urgent worries that Brazil won't be ready for world cup football event next year.

In Indinesia, authorities raised alert status of the volcano Mount Sinabung in North Sumatra, to the highest level on Sunday after it had a series of eruptions
