Dhaka, July 7: Bangladesh must at least now stop looking only at a political angle behind the attacks it has witnessed.
The Dhaka attack was a wake up call and although it is too early to term today's Kishoregenj attack an act of terror, it is still worth probing the rabid radical elements in the country who have pledged their support to the ISIS or the al-Qaeda.
The video titled, To the Braves of the Caliphate in Bangladesh," is yet another attempt made by the ISIS to provoke the youth in Bangladesh to kill. The Dhaka attackers were inspired by the likes of @shammiwitness an ISIS fan boy and also a radical preacher, Dr Zakir Naik who has no link to any terrorist outfit.
The story in 5.55 minutes:
Three Bangla speaking youth recorded the video in Raqqah according to officials in the Indian Intelligence Bureau. Speaking on a busy road carrying backpacks they say what you saw in Dhaka was a glimpse. This will repeat over and over again.
Attacks will take place until you lose and we win. The Sharia will be established and the Bengal Caliphate will be a reality.Try and stop us. This is a video dedicated to the bravehearts who struck at Dhaka.
An attempt is also made to mock the democratic set up in Bangladesh. How do you people support democracy? Jihad will come in a big way and you will witness something that you have never seen before.
The global outreach:
The writing was on the wall when there were a spate of killings in Bangladesh. The Dhaka attack showed to the world the reach the ideology of the ISIS has. The ISIS was quick to call the attack but the Bangladesh establishment is not willing to give them the credit.
The ISIS sees a great potential in Bangladesh where there are groups such as Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen, Bangladesh and the Ansarul Bangla Team which subscribe to the ideology of the ISIS. Experts say that the ISIS will continue to urge the youth in Bangladesh and call every attack their's.
This is a propaganda game which the ISIS has mastered in a bid to reach out globally. The attacks they would call Inspired by the ISIS and made in various parts of the world.
