TMC-Jamaat links: Bangla PM orders probe
Dhaka, Sept 15: The Bangladesh government has decided to set up a panel to probe the alleged links between Trinamool Congress's (TMC) Rajya Sabha MP Ahmed Hasan Imran and Jamaat-e-Islami, an Islamic outfit based in that country. The MP was recently accused of transferring huge funds of Saradha, the chit fund company that collapsed last year, to the outfit in the neighbouring country to fuel anti-government agitation there.
