Scientists have traced the chronology of its appearance, saying it appeared for the first time in early 2013, then on November 29, 2013 and lastly on October 3.

NASA and the military have traced the debris in the lower orbit of the earth. The debris is likely to hit earth on November 13, most likely in Indian Ocean, off the coast of Sri Lanka.

However, there might be chances that it may not land at all as it may burn completely while entering the atmosphere. Even if did hit the earth, experts believe that it would be too small to cause any significant damage. Such kinds of objects are called WTF1190F by astronomers.
