Pesahwar Terror Attack: All students died but silent alarm clock saved Dawood Ibrahim
Islamabad, Dec 18: Dawood Ibrahim lost all his friends during a terror attack at Army Public School in Peshawar in Pakistan on Dec 16. Dawood, a class 9 student, could not turn up to school on the day as his alarm clock fell silent.
Now 15-year-old Dawood is the only student of class 9 who is alive, rest of his classmates have been killed by the terrorists. The young student of the Army Public School had gone to a wedding the night before, and overslept on Tuesday.
Nine Pakistani Taliban killed 132 children as they stormed through the school firing indiscriminately and throwing grenades. Many of the students were lined up and shot at close range, informed sources.
The Express Tribune of Pakistan quoted Dawood's older brother Sufyan Ibrahim as saying, "It was fate. No one from his class survived; every single one of them was killed."
Dawood's elder brother also said, "He is in judo and is a tough child but he is showing no emotion at all right now. He just attended funerals the entire day."
