Mild tremors jolt Nepal again
Kathmandu: Three mild tremors jolted Nepal after a devastating earthquake ravaged the Himalayan nation on April 25 that left around 9,000 people dead.
A 4.6 magnitude tremor was felt at 1.16 pm with epicenter at Sindhupalchowk district, 75 km north-east of Kathmandu. Another 4.5 magnitude tremor was felt at 1.15 pm with Sindhupalchowk epicenter.
Earlier, a 4.2 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 12.03 pm with epicenter at Dolakha district situated in the east of Kathmandu, according to National Seismological Centre, Kathmandu.
Nepal has felt over 273 aftershocks of over 4 magnituden since the devastating earthquake on April 25.
Sindhupalchowk is the worst-hit district with nearly 3,000 people dead while 1,209 have been killed in Kathmandu.
