Meet the US Commando who slayed Osama Bin Laden

, Oct 30: The US Navy SEAL who had assassinated the most-wanted terrorist

will make his first public appearance on Fox News television documentary next month. The programe 'The Man who killed Osama' will be aired in two segments between November 11-12.

The Commando will recollect and narrate the entire mission from the start and describe his last-moment encounter with the AL-Qaeda chief.

A press release by the television network said,"will share his story of training to be a member of America's elite fighting force and explain his involvement in Operation Neptune Spear, the mission that killed Bin Laden. Offering never before shared details, the presentation will include 'The Shooter's' experience in confronting Bin Laden, his description of the terrorist leader's final moments as well as what happened when he took his last breath."

The program will also offer a look at the secret ceremony where the soldier donated his shirt, that he was wearing during the Neptune Spear mission, to the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York City. The night time raid on May 2, 2011 saw a team of highly trained Navy SEALS in Black Hawk helicopters swooping on Bin Laden's hideout in Abbottabad. The mission was ordered by President Barack Obama after CIA traced Bin Laden's courier to the high-walled compound.
