Thats exactly what happened when Mangnus Carlsen, world chess champion and Bill Gates, founder of Microsoft played a game of chess on the Skavlan chat show.
Carlsen took just one minute and eleven seconds to defeat Bill Gates. Carlsen after the game said that Gates was little unlucky who fell for his tricks. "Otherwise he made really healthy moves. I think with some time, he could certainly be a pretty good player," he said.
Gates, who is fond of playing chess himself said that '71 seconds was a bit too much to lose a match.'
Gates is not the first celebrity who has played a game of chess with Carlsen. Carlsen has earlier played with Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg too.
Carlsen had recently beat India's Vishwanathan Anand to become the world champion.
