Paris, June 16: In a viral video on Facebook, an ISIS fanatic threatened people around the world of an attack during the ongoing European Championships 2016. 25-year-old Larossi Abballa, the ISIS agent in question first murdered a French police officer and his wife in front of their 3-year old son and then recorded the video at their home.
He followed the officer Jean-Baptiste Salvaing home and executed the brutal crime. In the footage, he said, "We're keeping another surprise for the Euros but I won't say anything more. We will come and find you the way I have found this policeman at his house."
Abballa was later shot dead by police who stormed into the house in Magnanville near Paris and saved the toddler. Abballa was screaming "Allahu Akbar!" when he was shot.
He stabbed the police officer 9 times and slit his wife's throat. He also called th epolice and pledged his allegiance to ISIS and said, "just killed a police officer and his wife. The police are currently surrounding me."
To President Francois Hollande, he said, "You are ruthless but we are also heartless. I was ruthless just now towards this policeman and his wife."
Considered to be the first act of terrorism broadcast on Facebook live, it is a 13-minute video, which also warned of attacks on Euro 2016. He said, "Did you think that we would stay inattentive? Well you have another thing coming. We have other surprises for you (sic)."ISIS uses social media platforms to lure and train new recruits.
