ISIS: British hacker Junnaid Hussain reportedly killed in US air strike
London, Aug 27: The British hacker of Islamic State (ISIS), Junnaid Hussain has reportedly been killed in US air strike.
The official confirmation of his death is yet to be announced. Hussain who adopted the nom de guerre Abu Hussain al-Britani, had been a key figure within so called "Cyber Caliphate" of ISIS.
The Birmingham-born Junaid Hussain travelled to Syria in 2013 and is considered the most prominent UK citizen to have joined ISIS, The Guardian reported.
The strike is believed to be a US military operation, rather than a CIA drone attack.
Hussain is also considered as the man who played vital role in obtaining the passwords of the US Central Command's Twitter and YouTube accounts in January and briefly using them to send pro-Isis messages.
