Donald Trump wanted to punch a protester 'in the face'

Washington, Feb 23: Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump said he 'wanted to punch a protester in the face after a man was escorted from his rally on Monday.

Trumps remarks come after the man was found disruptive and was escorted out of a Las Vegas arena.

It is still not clear as to why exactly the man was escorted out but Trump said that the guards were being extremely gentle with him, allowing him to walk out of the arena, 'with a smile on his face.'

Trump also said that the protestor was 'nasty as hell' and was throwing punches at the security officials.

He said, "You know what I hate? There's a guy totally disruptive, throwing punches. We're not allowed to punch back anymore."

He went on to say "I love the old days. You know what they used to do to guys like that when they were in a place like this? They'd be carried out in a stretcher, folks."

Trump has many times urged his supporters not to hurt protesters at any of his venues.

Meanwhile, Trump has set his sight on winning the Nevada as well as in the caucuses scheduled on Tuesday, Feb 23.
