Weather: August 17 forecast, Heavy Bengaluru rains to take a backseat
Rains have once again reduced over the region in Bengaluru. Here is the weather forecast for Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai for August 17.
Bengaluru:
On Independence Day, the city witnessed heavy rains. Several parts of the city were flooded and water-logged, creating chaos and making commute difficult. As per weathermen, the garden city would witness light to moderate rains will continue for the next few days. The maximum temperature will be recorded around 28 degree Celsius and humidity will be around 79 per cent.
Delhi
As per Weathermen, the city might witness scattered rain and thundershowers over many parts of Delhi and NCR. These intermittent showers will continue for the next 3 to 4 days. However, the capital city would witness mostly sunny weather conditions on August 17. The maximum temperature will be recorded around 38 degree Celsius and Humidity around 51 per cent.
Hyderabad
According to weathermen, Hyderabad has been witnessing on and off scattered light showers since last few days. However, the city will witness Scattered Thunderstorms on August 17 with the maximum temperature of 30 degree Celsius and humidity around 78 per cent.
Mumbai
According to Skymet Weather, light rains with isolated moderate spells to continue over the city for the next 24 to 48 hours. However, Mumbaikars will witness rainy weather on August 17. The maximum temperature will be recorded around 31 degree Celsius and humidity around 77 per cent.
Chennai
Heavy rains have almost remained absent and far from occurring over the capital of Tamil Nadu. As per weathermen at Skymet Weather, Chennai is expected to receive scattered rains for the next 48 hours. However, the city is able to record light spells only. Meanwhile, scattered Thunderstorms is expected all over Chennai on August 17 and the maximum temperature will be recorded around 34 degree Celsius and Humidity will be around 72 per cent.
