Pak HC sends out sharp message to India
Islamabad, May 19: Pakistan High Commission to India Abdul Basit on Monday sent out a sharp message to Indian's soon-to-be-formed new government.

The HC, at an event hosted for members of the Press Club of India, said, "We need to decide whether to bury the hatchet or continue to be daggers drawn".

Basit congratulated the BJP and Narendra Modi on their victory and said, "We will welcome if Narendra Modi ji visits Pakistan. Our PM Nawaz Sharif has already invited him". I am sure the incoming Government in Delhi shares our vision, he added.

The HC said, "Peace is in our mutual interest, & it can be achieved through a dialogue process. We cant forget past but we need to deal with it, we want a development agenda".
