AAP MLA could land in a major trouble for his alleged hate speech as he is heard using some abusive words in the video.
Khan has alleged that the government has wrongfully arrested Muslim cleric Maulana Mufti Abdus Sami Qasmi for anti-national activities.
In the video which dates back to February 16, Khan is seen making an appeal to the crowd to gherao the Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh's house in New Delhi.
"If you people decide to gherao home minister's house...Delhi has a huge Muslim population. If you start doing it, then I can assure you that the government does not have that much courage to touch your children," said Amanatullah Khan.
"They (police) have no proof against Mufti Sami. I was told by police that he is involved in influencing youths to join anti-national forces. I will very soon ask you to come and protest for the release of Sami and you have to come," Khan further said.
According to a IndianExpress report, "A Delhi-based Islamic scholar, known for his fiery speeches, has become the first cleric to be arrested in connection with the National Investigation Agency's ‘open FIR' against the Islamic State. The agency, along with the Uttar Pradesh ATS, arrested Mufti Abdus Sami Qasmi from Hardoi late Friday as its 20th accused in the case."
In a statement, the NIA was quoted as saying, "A non-bailable warrant against him had earlier been issued by the NIA special court at New Delhi. He has been arrested in the case of ongoing investigation into the conspiracy to form a terror organisation and to launch terror attacks in the country."
Delhi-based Islamic scholar was sent to NIA custody for ten days.
